Dr. Gabriela Cohen, DMD

We are very pleased to announce that Dr. Gabriela Cohen has joined our practice.

 

Dr. Gabriela Cohen obtained her dental degree from the Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela in 2004 and completed a postgraduate in Operative and Cosmetic Dentistry at Universidad Central de Venezuela in Caracas, Venezuela in 2012. She practiced in a multidisciplinary private practice in Caracas until she moved to the U.S and completed a 2-year program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University where she obtained her DDS degree in 2019.

 

Dr. Cohen was awarded with the Dr. Leonard M. Sakrais Memorial Award for Excellence in General Dentistry in 2018 and served as Chief Resident during her last year of residency.

 

Her clinical experience in comprehensive dental care with a conservative and cosmetic approach is combined with continuing education courses to stay up to date with the latest techniques and technologies in dentistry.

 

Dr. Cohen’s addition to our team will allow our patients more flexibility when scheduling their appointment. Dr. Cohen shares the same philosophy and ethics in our work as Dr. Frydman and Dr. Kottar. We are sure that together, the three of us, will continue to provide our patients with the same high quality of service and care for which our office is known for.

 

When not at the clinic, Dr. Cohen enjoys outdoor activities like kayaking and going to the beach with her husband Alan, and their set of twins Dana and Alex.

Dr. Cohen is an active member of The American Dental Association, and The Florida Dental Association.
